الطرق والأدوات والأساليب لجمعها وتنظيمها وتحليلها بالشكل الأفضل وإعداد الوثائق والتقارير

المتخصصة والمتعلقة في مجال التحول الرقمي وعرضها وحفظها

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross functional communication

Communicate with multiple stakeholders within the organization involving

Tech/product, Call-center, Brand Marketing, Finance, legal to resolve issues and

enhance customer experience

• Performance Reporting

Support daily or weekly reporting on key metrics such as order volume, delivery

time, or customer feedback.

• Quality & Data Checks

Conduct regular audits of live restaurant data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and

quality on the platform

• Resolving restaurant Realtime issues

Assist with collecting restaurant issues, verifying data accuracy on the platform, and

communicating with aggregators stakeholders to fix issues related to the

aggregators.

graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields •

Basic understanding of food delivery platforms or digital marketplaces • Familiarity

with Excel or Google Sheets • Good communication and problem-solving skills •

Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred (Not

Required): • Previous internship experience in food, e-commerce, logistics, or

customer service • Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, or digital

content management • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset What He’ll
